Mount Dora Fire Toys for Tots Drive

Toy Drive

The Mount Dora Fire Department kicked off the annual Toys for Tots collection in the city.

Collection boxes are set up at the Mount Dora Fire Department, Mount Dora Police Department, both located at 1300 North Donnelly Street, and Mount Dora City Hall at 510 North Baker Street.

Donation(s) should be a new, unwrapped toy and can be for all ages.  All toy donations are being accepted at the locations listed above.  Toys will be collected through December 12th.

“Toys for Tots is a great organization and the Mount Dora Fire Department is so happy to partner with them to make the holidays better for families in our community,” said Mount Dora Fire Chief Timmons Griner.

The holidays can be the hardest time of year for families who are struggling just to put food on the table. The Mount Dora Fire Department is committed to making sure families are helped during this holiday season and with the public’s help, the collection of toys will bring joy to local children.
