  2. Meditation Workshop

    June 3, 2020, 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM @ Simpson Farm House

    Learn why and how to meditate in a relaxed setting with a volunteer leader. Bimonthly meditations are based loosely on the book, The Power of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment, by Eckhart Tolle. Explore meditation in our guided group setting. The benefits of meditation can be relaxation, health improvement, stress reduction, improve the immune system, improve intuition and enhanced awareness. No registration required for this free program. Workshops are scheduled for the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month, starting at 2:00pm in the Simpson Farmhouse.
